Stress is one
of the biggest killers of our times. It isn't often credited as
a cause of death, because by and large you can't die directly
from 'stress'. But it's never usually far away, contributing to
such major illnesses as heart disease, cancer, obesity,
addiction and diabetes, as well as less understood conditions
such as ME and Fibromyalgia and many, many more instances of
poor quality health that don't even have names. All of those
headaches, niggling aches & pains, difficulty sleeping, lack of
concentration and memory to name just a few - are you sure

misunderstand - stress is a necessary part of life, and can - in
fact it should - be a positive influence on all of us.
